A boil order has been issued for some Shoals water customers until further notice due to a water main break.

Customers affected by the boil order live east of the US 50 and 150 junction, including Chicken Farm Road.

No other areas are affected.

Affected customers should boil their water vigorously for three minutes and allow to cool before drinking or using in food preparation.
