A two-week-old boy taken from his legal guardian's home by his biological mother has found safe and sound. 21-year-old Carrie Black and 22-year-old Randy Black of Tell City turned themselves in Sunday afternoon at the Dale Police Department in Spencer County. They also had two-week-old Jacob Black who was turned over to Child Protection Services. Jacob was taken Saturday from Carrie's parent's home in Santa Claus. Also taken were her parent's car and some credit cards. Carrie and Randy Black are being held in the Spencer County Jail on preliminary charges of theft and interference with custody.
