Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller plans to filing a friend-of-the-court brief in the same-sex marriage case before the U.S. Supreme Court to defend the principle of state sovereignty.

Zoeller says states should have their individual right to determine whether or not to ban same-sex marriage.
