The Daviess County Sheriff's Department arrested a Washington man Thursday for Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.

22-year-old Forrest Desaillan was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on $4,000 bond.

Meanwhile, Daviess Sheriff's deputies arrested 30-year-old Justin Cole of Loogootee for Resisting Law Enforcement, Intimidation, Driving While Suspended and Operating While Intoxicated Refusal.

Cole is being held without bond.

The Daviess County Sheriff's department arrested 27-year-old Bryan Folsom of Washington Thursday on a warrant for a Writ of Attachment.

Bond was set at $2,500.

Sheriff's deputies also arrested 51-year-old Timothy Williams of Plainville early this morning for driving while intoxicated.

Bond was set at $2,000.
