Department of Corrections officials arrested an Oaktown man Thursday for Conspiring to Traffic Tobacco and Drugs at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle.

20-year-old Zachary Edward Lincoln was arrested shortly after 8:00 AM and released on bond from the Sullivan County Jail.

Prison officials tell the Sullivan Daily Times that Lincoln, who was employed by the prison's contracted food service provider, allegedly was planning to bring marijuana and tobacco to an inmate at the prison.
