The IU student accused of stealing a cat from the Bloomington Animal Shelter and torturing it has been suspended. 

School officials called 19-year-old Chris Gugliuzza << Goog-Lee-oza >> a threat to the university. 

Meanwhile, Gugliuzza will be in court today to answer to charges of animal abuse and theft.
