The investigation into Sunday's fatal plane crash in Decatur County continues. 

On Thursday, the National Transportation Safety Board said crews determined the plane had enough fuel, the landing gear was down and the plane appeared to have been working properly at the time of the crash. 

The wreckage will be moved to Washington D.C. for further investigation.

That's expected to take as long as nine-months.
