Indiana Conservation officers arrested three Knox County men this week following an incident in southeast Sullivan County.

The men were allegedly involved in the theft of an off-road vehicle near the Bear Run coal mine outside of Pleasantville.

21-year-old Christopher Roark and 22 year-old Wendell Stewart, both of Sandborn; and 19 year-old Donald Roark of Bicknell are facing preliminary charges of theft and resisting law enforcement.

Christopher Roark faces additional counts of criminal recklessness and reckless driving.

The trio may also face charges in Greene County.
