Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes has earned an "A" grade in patient safety from the latest LeapFrog survey. 

The grade is based on preventable medical errors, injuries, accidents, and infections. 

The score includes updated information for the last six months, and modified for research and public comments.

The Hospital is one of 790 nationwide earning an "A" rating. 

The Hospital is among roughly 30 percent of the nation's hospitals earning the top score.
