Investigators in Indianapolis are narrowing their list of potential suspects in the November 10th explosion in the Richmond Hill subdivision. Public Safety Director Troy Riggs says despite the lack of "official" updates, investigators are making steady progress.
Riggs says on any given day, there are around 20 government employees at the site of the explosion, gathering evidence.
He noted that "a number" of search warrants have been served, but wouldn't give details on where they were executed or what officers were looking for.
