Indiana's Secretary of State says voter turnout for the November 6th presidential election was down from the 2008 election. 

Connie Lawson says 58-percent of the state's registered voters cast a ballot. 

That's compared to 62-percent in 2008 and equal to the 58-percent in 2004.
