Vincennes Police made two arrests early this morning during an investigation of a domestic battery complaint at 625 Cullop Street.

Before officers arrived, a suspect in the battery, 24-year-old David Manning of Vincennes, and a friend, 19-year-old Justin Tracey, fled the scene.

Manning was located a short distance away and arrested for Domestic battery.

Tracey was also found a few blocks away and arrested for Minor Consuming.
