Area River Levels Remain Low

Despite recent rainfall, river levels remain extremely low on both the White and Wabash rivers in southwest Indiana.

The White River at Petersburg remains just above 18 inches in depth at this point.

The Wabash River at Vincennes stands at 2.3 feet.

It's 2.2 feet in Mount Carmel, Illinois.

Water levels are expected to rise by about a foot by the end of the week, as rainfall upriver makes its way south.
