Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man Tuesday after being called to Walgreens to handle a dispute.

22-year-old Joel Nicholas Ray was arrested on an outstanding Vanderburgh County warrant for Probation Violation.

He was also arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest.
