Washington Police arrested a Cannelburg man Monday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.

39-year-old Dennis L. Graber was released from the Daviess County Security Center Tuesday on four-thousand dollars bond.
