The President of the Indiana AFL-CIO says unions won't disrupt Super Bowl festivities over the right to work issue.

Indiana became the 23rd right to work state Wednesday following approval by the state senate and Governor Daniels.

Nancy Guyott says organized labor will instead take the fight to the ballot box in November.
