The Knox County Solid Waste Management District will check a report of roadside dumping just outside of Oaktown. The District Board learned this morning someone had allegedly dumped trash illegally in an area outside the North Knox community.
In addition, District director Tracy Clinkenbeard informed the Board she will investigate household waste complants at five Knox County locations. Two of them are at locations on 15th Street and 17th Street in Vincennes. The others are located on Catt Road; in the Johnstown area, and in Monroe City. Clinkenbeard promised to follow up on the complaints.
