Work One-Southwest Indiana**
Work One of Southwest Indiana is having its July BUSINESS SEMINAR on Thursday the 9th at the Center for Applied Technology on Chestnut Street in Vincennes. The program is from 9 until 10:30am. To pre register call 882-8770 extension 221.

Vincennes State Historic Site**
The Vincennes State Historic Site Summer Camp for this year is CELEBRATE ABE. It's a Lincoln inspired day camp that will be July 13th through the 17th from 8-5 each day. The program is open to kids in grades 4 through 6 and includes field trips, lunch, snacks and supplies. The deadline to register is Wednesday, July 1st. For details call 882-7422.

COUNTY FAIRS are taking place today in Jennings and Shelby counties

Vincennes Farmers Market**
The Vincennes FARMERS MARKET is now open in the Riverfront Pavilion at 2nd and Busseron Streets. Fresh, local produce is available on Wednesdays from 7 until noon and on Saturday from 8 until 1pm.

Daviess Co Historical Society**
The Daviess County historical Society is having its QUARTERLY PROGRAM AND FUNDRAISER on Friday, July 10th. The program starts at 6pm at the Kiwanis Cabin at Eastside Park in Washington. Former Daviess County resident Margaret Kennedy is the guest speaker. Reservations are due by July 8th. For details call 257-0301.

Daviess Co Red Cross*
The Daviess County Chapter of the American Red Cross is having a public BLOOD DRIVE. It will be at First Baptist Church on East Walnut Street in Washington from 2-6pm. Type O blood is in special demand. You must have a photo ID to donate. For details call 254-9877.
