West Terre Haute Bar Owner Facing Charges
The owner of a West Terre Haute bar faces several charges after an intoxicated customer crashed his car into another vehicle.
Indiana Excise Police say Highway 40 Sports Bar and Grill owner and bartender Chelsea Carter faces charges of sale of alcohol to a minor, allowing a minor to loiter and sale of alcohol to an intoxicated person.
20-year old Jacob Hubbard and 20-year old Kristpher Hedden, both of West Terre Haute, left the bar after having several drinks and later ran a stop sign and crashed into a vehicle with a mother and her 8-month old baby.
Hubbard, the driver, is set for trial on June 23rd.
