The search for a wanted Vincennes man led to his arrest and the arrest of his girlfriend Thursday afternoon.

Indiana State Police learned 38-year-old Shane Burke was at an apartment at 429 North Third Street.

They found Burke and his girlfriend, 21-year-old Stephanie Snider, in one of the bedrooms.
They also found meth, marijuana and 18 syringes.

Burke and Snider were arrested on preliminary charges of Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia.

Burke was also arrested on the outstanding Lawrence County, Illinois warrant for failure to appear in court for Possession of Meth and a Controlled Substance.
