Vincennes Arrests

If this keeps up, Vincennes Police may need to establish a precinct station at the local Wal-Mart.

Officers arrested five people for theft and other charges overnight.

Police arrested a 32-year-old Wheatland man early this morning for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

Officers arrested Joshua Robinson at 7th at Nicholas Streets on a preliminary charge of theft and taken to the Knox County Jail.

Meanwhile, Vincennes Police arrested 38-year-old Brooke Walker of Vincennes early this morning for trespassing at Wal-Mart.

Also, at Wal-Mart, Vincennes Police arrested 21-year-old Travis Hill of Freelandville for Theft, two counts of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

In addition, 19-year-old Heather Steimel of Decker was arrested for Theft.

In another incident at Wal-Mart, Vincennes Police arrested 34-year-old Marion Lee Young and 38-year-old Lila Howell, both of Vincennes, for theft.

Young was also arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia and Howell was found to have an outstanding Knox County warrant for failure to Appear in Court on a charge of Battery.

In other arrests yesterday, Vincennes Police arrested 19-year-old Chandler Bouillet of Vincennes Monday night for Competing in a Speed Contest.
