An Indiana State Trooper pleaded guilty Tuesday following an incident at a Fishers restaurant last August.
Christopher Dyer pleaded guilty to a charge of resisting law enforcement.
He was originally charged with criminal recklessness and public intoxication after patrons at Sahm's Bar and Grill claimed he was waving a gun inside the restaurant.
Dyer had a blood-alcohol content of point-two-seven percent.
He was charged with resisting law enforcement after pushing one of the officers who responded to the scene.
Dyer received one year of probation and must undergo alcohol counseling and community service.
Dyer, who had been assigned to the Evansville State Police Post, was placed on administrative duty until the investigation was complete.
Indiana State Police will review his status and decide on any further action.
