Traffic Stop Results in 3 Arrests



Vincennes Police arrested three people Wednesday night following a traffic stop in the area of Chestnut and Red Skelton.

The driver, 19-year-old Kimani Booker of Indianapolis, was pulled over for disregarding a stop sign.

While talking to Booker, the officer smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Booker was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Reckless Possession of Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

Two passengers, 20-year-old Derik Demato of Plainfield and 19-year-old Collin Milbrath of Pittsboro, were arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance.
