Sunday Night Father and Son Dispute in Shoals Turns Deadly
Indiana State Police say a day-long argument Sunday between a father and son in Martin County ended with the death of the son.
Police say 60-year-old John Bruce Tow of Shoals called Martin County Dispatch shortly before 10:00 PM saying his son, 32-year-old Jonathan Tow, was bleeding to death.
Police found the younger Tow lying outside the doorway of a trailer with a knife wound to his neck.
Despite the efforts of first responders and EMS, he did not survive.
John Bruce Tow is being held in the Martin County Jail on a preliminary charge of Criminal
Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon.
The investigation is ongoing.
