Storm Generates Nearly 200 Tons of Debris



Daviess County officials say the tornado that hit Washington and other parts of the county November 17th generated nearly 200 tons of debris.

Trees and tree limbs are not included in the total.

The county waived the landfill tipping fee to help with the cleanup.

Washington officials say the cleanup in the city is nearly complete.
