State highway officials say US 231 in Martin County will be resurfaced this year.

Beginning on or after March 18th, crews will begin work activities on the 1.8 million dollar project along U.S. 231 between U.S. 50 in Loogootee and S.R. 58 in Farlen.

Although flag personnel will be used to control traffic, traffic delays can be expected during the project.
