Mardi Gras Party

(Robinson, IL)  --  Local Catholics are putting on their annual Mardi Gras event tonight and this year, they're going to help another church. The Mardi Gras party runs from seven until midnight at Quail Creek Country Club. One of the events is a silent auction and April Sexton says that's going to help the First United Methodist Church.

She says they have a number of items that have been donated for tonight's silent auction. She says they'll also have raffles tonight and door prizes. They'll also have their annual big divvy drawing. Sexton says that you don't have to be Catholic to attend tonight's event, but you do have to be at least 21-years-old.
