Ivy Tech President Warns of Negative Impact of Obamacare

The president of Ivy Tech Community College says part of President Obama's health care law could force the two-year college system to either raise prices or limit access to college classes for students who can't take them elsewhere.

Thomas Snyder says the ACA has caused the school to reevaluate teaching hours for their adjunct faculty.

He says like most community colleges, their funding does not provide for unfunded mandates such as the rule that employees who work at least 30 hours per week be provided health insurance.
