Indiana's state schools superintendent is seeking at least $614,000 in damages from CTB/McGraw-Hill because of the problems with online standardized tests it administered.

Superintendent Glenda Ritz's announcement came as company president Ellen Haley apologized to lawmakers over last month's testing disruptions that affected nearly 80,000 students.
