Now we know how long it takes the National Park Service to make a no-brainer decision. About 6 months or so. That's how long the George Rogers Clark Historic Park has been waiting for the appointment of a new Superintendent.
Finally, the folks in Washington made the only choice they should have made - appoint Frank Doughman as the head guy down at the Memorial. Frank is just the guy to keep the Memorial's grounds and programs moving forward. Besides - he looks great in the clothing of the Revolution on the Frontier.
