Indiana State Police arrested a 32-year-old former Wood Memorial High School teacher Tuesday afternoon for Child Seduction. Police say 32-year-old Kyle Scott of Newburgh was arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a high school student in December. That investigation began December 19th. Scott was fired by the East Gibson School Corporation the following day. Scott allegedly sent several inappropriate text messages to the student, which included at least one picture and video. The investigation also revealed Scott allegedly fondled the student on at least one occasion. Scott was booked into the Gibson County Jail on one count of Child Seduction. Bond was set at $10,000.
