Daviess Co. Murder Suspect Moved to Knox Co.
A Daviess County murder suspect was moved to the Knox County Jail this week.
Donal Kruchten is charged in connection with the murder of Devan Burris last December.
Daviess County Sheriff Jerry Harbstreit tells the Washington Times Herald Kruchten was moved to Knox County Wednesday to keep him separated from other inmates involved in the case.
Lucas Benjamin and Logan Evans, who have already convicted for their roles Burris’ murder, are back in Daviess County to give depositions in Kruchten's case.
Kruchten faces charges of murder, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, and conspiracy to commit robbery resulting in serious bodily injury.
